Friday- With Family from noon till ma’3reb, then out with other friends

Saturday- Lunch with yet other friends, then whole day studying and doing projects

Sunday- Finishing hmwk, studying for quiz, and study for exam

Monday- Huge homework due, Quiz, Exam

Tuesday- Make up exam for an exam we didnt do well on

Wednesday- Quiz

Thursday- Quiz, project due

Next week, 3 more projects to go… an exam… a couple of quizes.. and my birthday and my doctors appointment… i regret taking this much classes just to graduate early.. but hey only 4 weeks to go right? The only thing keeping me going is me planning a little trip for after exams…. even if i dont go on the trip in the end… just the planning and looking at pics keeps me going and not shutting down from this pressure and stress…

A couple of questions for you:

1) Do you floss? If yes how often?

2) Is anyone watching the new show called “Noor” on MBC4? I watched one episode shesalfa why did they break up?

Im craving kellogs cornflakes right now. I always had it with cold milk, i never could eat it with hot milk even though lots of people love it with hot milk. Also, it has to be the regular cornflakes, not allbran or coco pops or anything other than the one with the rooster on the front.

I cant wait till my son grows up. I want to take him everywhere, especially disney land. He is sick today, temperature reached 39. The doctor was great, we went to al-hady and by coincidence it was the same doctor that did my sons first ever check up. He wrote us a whole list of what to do, for example if the temperature was from 37.5 to 38.2 you give him this and you do so and so… and from 38.3 to 38.9 you give him this and do so and so, ect. He is not supposed to have any eggs or chocolate at this time.

My graduation is this week, so soon before exams? But the problem is , you only get to have 2 members of your family attending. So its usually ur mom and ur dad right ? Well what about my husband… my sister-in-law .. my friends ? My husband is definitely going to attend, but i still dont know who the other person is.

The weather is crazy this year. Winter starting late December, no rain…. rain in may and dust storms. In London it was hot with people tanning during december and january, and now its cold there. Global warming and something to do with the environment ?

New trend in Kuwait? Kuwaiti men hooking up with sales ladies (especially the make up and perfume department) and kuwaiti girls with sales men (who are arabs but not kuwaiti’s). The men might even marry the sales girl for a mahar and mo’akhar of 200 KD. Once a girl called this guy who looked libanese after taking his number from him, and when he picked up she said Kuwaiti? he said yes, then she hung up on him and never called again.

Please please pleeeeease stop it with the SMSing of the opening of flan’s maqar or nadwat el nesaa2 or whatever. I get a million msgs a day and im not even from that da’era !

I’m still struggling with going to sleep, I try to sleep on my sides but usually be half on my back and half on my side. But when i go to sleep its really hard to wake up, whenever i try to wake up it feels like theres a magnet pulling me back to sleep even thought i’ve had enough sleep

I’m thinking of starting with Health Company or any company like it that delivers food. For a month only just to balance my meals and eat right… since I got so scared from fainting i even have a chair in my shower.

• Thank you all for your comments on the last post i really appreciate it. I did get tests done nothing was wrong. And this happens regardless of whether i ate or not. I can control it sometimes i get a warning feeling so i sit down o lay back.

• After the 16th week of pregnancy you shouldn’t lay flat on your back. Since when you lie on your back the weight of the baby and everything in there may cut the circulation of blood and oxygen to the baby by pressing on a critical artery or something. So you should always sleep on your side.

• When sleeping on one side and wanting to turn to the other, you have to sit up , turn your whole body and lay on your side. Some people say that if you turn straight away like you usually did the umbilical cord might wrap round the baby’s neck.

• So bedtime now is a struggle for me since i always sleep on my back.

• We are moving to a new place soon and must start decorating and all that now. Its fun but i have lots of things on my mind. Pregnancy, new baby, my son, my studies, new home, birth and if im gonna have an estiqbal. Any good interior decorator you know? Any recommendations of shops to see or magazines ?

• I’m thinking of dropping everything and travel for a month of relaxation.

• I have 5 exams next week, 2 quizes and 3 projects due the week after.

• Remember the couple we went out with where the wife got mad and embarrassed her husband why he didnt sit next to her? She called my husband that day, and told him that she had a fight with her husband and he is not picking up the phone for the whole day and their kid is very sick she’s taking him to the hospital and that he should tell her husband. Where did she get my husbands number from? And is it a coincidence that from the day after she called till today my husband is getting lots of calls from numbers he doesnt know all girls… millions of sms’s from girls and one even sent TWO pictures of herself then called and begged him to erase them since she sent them by mistake. He is changing his number.

• My husband wanted to test to see if her husband knew the girl in the picture (who was ugly and very over weight btw) and if she was a friend of his wifes. So he “mistakenly” showed him the picture then told him a girl sent it by mistake and he erased the pic. From that day on his wife NEVER called me. She used to call or send an sms nearly everyday saying we should go out. Nearly a month has passed and i havent heard from her.

• For nearly a week I hadnt touched my computer. I usually use it everyday. I had this book i was reading and before i went to sleep i would turn off the tv, all the lights except my bedside lamp, and it would be so quiet only sound of the A/C and the light from my bedside lamp makes the room look Spa like. I enjoyed it very much and finished the book in 3 days, now im looking for another book to read.

• My Doctor says that little children “smell” or “feel” that there is another baby on the way. Recently my son always wants to sit on my stomach or jump on it… sib7an Allah… she told me i should always have a pillow on my stomach when my son is around

• I’m 17 weeks along, I’ll be 5 months next week. You cant see for sure if im showing yet but i did gain 3 kilo’s so far from the beginning of the pregnancy.

• I think its best if i stay away from the computer for a while… I had Lasik surgery for my eyes.. and i dont want to ruin my sight again..

My maid that usually cooks for us and the baby traveled a couple of days ago. I have another one, but i dont trust her with handling my sons food so i decided that i would cook his meals. On the first day I let her cook for him thinking she can cook, there was a whole thick layer of oil over his “marag”.

Yesterday I was cooking for him and nearly finished, but i felt light headed so i sat down. I told her to check if the chicken is done, she doesnt know how. I got up and cut the piece in half to see if its done then I got that feeling as if i were gonna faint so i sat down and called my husband to come in. I was sitting down, but i was feeling worse.

First my ears got closed like in an airplane, and their voices were getting farther and farther away. Then my vision got blackened shway shway till all i could see was pitch black with my eyes wide open. I was saying “AL7in AL7in LAZM nroo7 el hospital TAKE ME NOW” … and i hate hospitals i never go even if im sick.. and when i say that i want to go they know its serious.. i felt i was going away… i felt i was faaar away from my body and i didnt know if i was coming back… here i was saying el shahada.. thoughts came through my mind that yes this is my time, today i talked to my brother and sister on phone who i dont usually chat a long time with on the phone, today i talked to both parents.. and its rarely that i talk to everyone on the same day…At this point it was hard to breath my body didnt want to breath and was taking shallow breaths.. i was forcing myself to breath.. and i wasnt aware of anything around me… i cant hear or see … all i could remember was my thoughts and me repeating el shahada over and over again

My husband was yaan he didnt know what to do there was no car to take me to the hospital (i just sent the driver out) so he called my doctor …. she told him to give me liban with lots of salt… also so lay me down on the floor and raise my legs so blood would flow back into my head..

Slowly i could hear them… i could hear them crying…then the blackness was going away and i could see a little.. then i started to cry… i told my husband i was saying el shahada and he was so angry that he couldnt do anything and angry at the doctor for not fixing this… he nearly booked a ticket to france to get me treated.. this has been happening to me for as long as i remember from school days so it was nothing to do with pregnancy… whenever i stand up i feel im gonna faint…. and if i stand up for a long time this happens too…

But nothing was like yesterday.. it was the worst

The Good News?? My son enjoyed the meal so much yesterday he ate so much more than double what he used to eat and he slept really nicely

I recently found an ant in our serving tray while i was about to have my dinner .. I couldnt eat my meal. I didnt say anything till it happened again. I told my husband 3shan ohwa yet9araf… he told them to clean thoroughly again and that he sees them every morning when he is going to work scrubbing every corner of the house with detol and all that. I’m freaking out im imagining there are ants around me that i cant see and im scratching all over. I’m not scared of ants im just freaked out that its that close to my food.

I had to do some routine blood tests for my doctor, which you must do when your in your second trimester (after week 13). I went with my husband to the lab and he waited for me while i went in to draw blood. This lady came in fully covered, niqab and 3abaya, and took them all off inside and sat in the waiting room in super tight jeans and see through tight blouse… you could see her extra flesh bulging all over in layers, it was a really horrible sight. So they took blood then i had to drink something and draw blood again in an hour. My husband then told me that the lady was trying to seduce him… she kept looking at him and saying things on the phone like:

” Huh ana bitaaa3 kolooo…. whatever u want i’ll be… ana ma sima3t kalam ahali tabini asma3 kalamik enta? ana etha 7a6ait wa7d ebbali ayeeba ayeeba mo bas lo mitzawej enshallah ykon eb akher edenya .. kel malabsi edakhiliya top quality”

I’m 15 weeks on now… imagine in 5 weeks i’ll be half way through ! Im showing only a little but i still dont feel pregnant…  I do feel something in there but I dont know if its the baby kicking… Im starting to think about where should i give birth. I hated having an esteqbaal at the hospital last time.. it was really hectic and i was sooooo tired people wouldnt leave. I dont think im gonna have one this time with all the hastle about choosing or making a bed cover and linens and everything matching and the sweets and the souvineer gifts offff I’m leaning towards Royal Hayat only coz of their suites.. but if i give birth there then i will have an esteqbaal

About my previous post, i didnt speak to anyone this is what i did:

I went to their office as if nothing happened… And i glanced at that lady’s desk she wasnt there she is off. I went to one of the desks, gave them my name and student ID as if its my first time there.

Lady: “Hmm it appears that you have been locked out of the system i dont know why… your GPA is fine and you have all the requirements… its a mistake i’ll open it and finish this for you.”

O Bas !! its done el7amdelah as easy as that

Soug Sharg

I think im starting to like Soug Sharg. Before it used to be crowded the “it” place.. then it was full of 3agad…. now its just empty and cosy elwa7d yakheth ra7taa… i love Bredz cafe there… and it has all the shopping that every other mall has… its just emptier

Oh and I did find out the baby’s gender It was hard not to find out since the Sonar was VERY clear ..i was planning on not telling anyone if its a girl or a boy but i couldnt and i told everyone

I have this horrible project due and whenever i choose a topic the prof doesnt like it !! Offf ;/
